After a nine-year career in the NFL, Jamize transitioned into business ownership and real estate development, successfully building and scaling multimillion-dollar ventures. His experience spans commercial development, residential investments, and operational leadership, with a strong focus on long-term value creation and team excellence.
Brittany Olawale, President
Brittany Olawale is President and Managing Partner of Emerald Creek Management Services, bringing deep expertise in property management, operations, and strategic growth. She has co-founded and scaled multiple multimillion-dollar businesses and real estate ventures, including operating companies generating millions in annual revenue. As President, she oversees portfolio performance, compliance, and client experience across residential and commercial assets. A licensed REALTOR® and proven operator, Brittany is known for building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and driving sustainable, long-term value.
